Use with caution. Continue through Gower passage. Pitch head has two petzl permanent and one spit. Handline in place. Do not use! Rig ladder of the spit and lifeline with a mixture of permanent’s, sling on nodule and spit. (Club should consider rigging for Y Hang and making old spit redundant). Rapid descent to main drain in cold conditions. Reached terminus and retreated out. Evidence of a survey (red paint) being undertaken and flood debris at 6+ Mtrs. Great trip with a strong team.
